Recruiting & Retention Manager

Supporting a renowned franchise group, the Recruiting & Retention Manager will establish and support recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs. This group has a culture of SPARKing growth through Support, Positivity, Appreciation, Resilience, and Kindness.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment:
  • Create, review, and distribute job postings and descriptions to job boards.
  • Review candidates, interview, and hire qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with store managers to ensure staffing levels are met.
• Onboarding:
  • Help new hires navigate new hire documentation.
  • Work with store managers and training manager on start dates and communicating training standards.
• Retention:
  • Review current retention tools and build upon them to keep the team engaged.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees in the restaurants to get feedback on their real-world work life.
  • Help create new initiatives to increase retention and reduce turnover.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR and/or recruitment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Possess a positive attitude and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule

Standard business hours with flexibility for Saturday interviews and a hybrid work schedule.
