About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, from planning and design through construction and closeout.
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Oversee project design and construction phases
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Prepare and present project progress reports
- Handle client communications and resolve issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and codes
