About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost control
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Prepare and present project reports and status updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
