What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned programs and service lines
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
- Build talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Extend employment offers and support onboarding activities
- Attend career fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives
- Develop partnerships with colleges, workforce agencies, community organizations, and referral sources
- Collaborate with Marketing on recruitment advertising, social media campaigns, and employer branding efforts
- Analyze recruiting metrics and hiring trends to improve recruitment outcomes
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leaders and hiring managers
Qualifications
- Required: Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
- Required: 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or workforce development experience
- Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Required: Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities and deadlines
Preferred
- Bilingual Spanish skills
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing, production, healthcare, nonprofit, or high-volume environments
- Knowledge of employment law, workforce planning, and recruiting best practices
