Pipeline Configuration

  • Configure and define stages, scorecards, and automations for the hiring pipeline.
  • Create integrations with scheduling and sourcing tools to automate processes.

Metrics Dashboard

  • Develop and maintain a recruiting metrics dashboard.
  • Track key performance indicators such as time to hire, pipeline conversion by stage, source quality, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Surface insights to drive decision-making.

Tech Stack Management

  • Manage the recruiting technology stack beyond the ATS, including scheduling tools, sourcing platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ensure full value is extracted from each system.

Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance and People Ops on headcount planning and req tracking.
  • Ensure approved hiring plans move through the pipeline on schedule.
