Pipeline Configuration
- Configure and define stages, scorecards, and automations for the hiring pipeline.
- Create integrations with scheduling and sourcing tools to automate processes.
Metrics Dashboard
- Develop and maintain a recruiting metrics dashboard.
- Track key performance indicators such as time to hire, pipeline conversion by stage, source quality, and offer acceptance rates.
- Surface insights to drive decision-making.
Tech Stack Management
- Manage the recruiting technology stack beyond the ATS, including scheduling tools, sourcing platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ensure full value is extracted from each system.
Collaboration
- Partner with Finance and People Ops on headcount planning and req tracking.
- Ensure approved hiring plans move through the pipeline on schedule.
