Recruiting Manager - Lewisville
Starting salary: $45,000 with access to a company-sponsored benefits plan covering health, dental, vision, life, and other insurance benefits. PTO accrues at 1 day per month, plus growth and WOTC bonuses and a phone stipend.
About the role
Cornerstone Caregiving helps seniors age in place with dignity. As a nationwide home-care organization serving over 300 locations, we provide high-quality care to those who once cared for us. The Recruiting Manager works directly with the Scheduling Manager and reports to the Operating Director, delivering recruiting, administrative, and operational support while sharing on-call duties with other managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage caregivers, including hiring and terminating as needed.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers each week.
- Periodically handle after-hours calls from clients, caregivers, and referral sources, addressing urgent schedule changes.
- Provide general operational and administrative support to the Operating Director.
- Support the Operating Director with in-home assessments, intakes, and client-satisfaction efforts.
- Ensure high-quality client service from initial phone calls through in-home consultations to maximize retention.
- Maintain Cornerstone Caregiving’s operating standards and state-specific compliance requirements.
- Perform limited travel for sales, marketing, and client-care needs; reliable transportation required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred (may substitute with a combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of two years’ experience as an Administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and human-resources functions in an office setting.
- Valid driver’s license and state-required proof of auto insurance.

- Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of frontline employees.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Meet, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.).

- Client’s Environment: Unknown settings; exposure to bodily fluids, household germs, extreme temperatures, light to heavy traffic, inclement weather, and lifting clients (50+ lbs.) as prescribed in care plans.
