Salary Range: $104,000 - $117,500 per year, plus equity. The base pay range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range is one component of Wayfair’s total compensation package, which may also include equity, bonuses, commissions, and a comprehensive suite of medical, financial, and additional benefits.

About the Role

This is a hybrid, full-time position requiring onsite work at least 2 days per week, with remote work on other days, as well as travel to other sites. As a Recruiting Manager, you will serve as the subject matter expert in identifying and engaging talent for Wayfair’s Supply Chain teams. You will own stakeholder relationships, drive talent strategy, develop and coach a team, and improve efficiencies in the front-line recruiting process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Talent Acquisition team responsible for high-volume recruiting for front-line positions within North America Supply Chain across multiple markets.
  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters and coordinator(s) by creating a safe and supportive environment where they are empowered to make a meaningful impact.
  • Develop a vision, strategy, and roadmap for sourcing top talent and streamlining the recruiting process to achieve Wayfair's immediate and long-term hiring goals. The team is responsible for meeting a monthly target of hires.
  • Partner with business leaders to proactively identify target candidate profiles, adapt to evolving business needs, and promote Wayfair job opportunities to attract top talent.
  • Optimize sourcing and interviewing strategies to improve recruiting metrics (e.g., response rates, screen volume, conversion rates, time to fill, hire rate, hires, candidate and manager NPS, cost per hire, retention).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in learning & development, team culture, recruiting processes, cross-functional collaboration, and data analysis.
  • Lead by example by stepping in to support top-priority open roles when needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading a Talent Acquisition team.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume recruiting and/or supply chain/manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams with a strong team culture.
  • Skilled in capacity planning to maximize recruiter efficiency, ensuring the team meets hiring goals on time with high-quality talent.
  • Passion for talent acquisition, with a focus on exceptional candidate experience and strong partnerships with key business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience using data to influence change, set clear goals, measure success, and create actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to gain support for ideas and initiatives across all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
