Recruiting Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Director to lead and enhance a growing talent acquisition function across multiple business areas and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting strategy and execution across professional, operational, and leadership roles
• Build and strengthen proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and external partnerships
• Improve recruiting processes, hiring efficiency, and candidate experience through standardized workflows and performance metrics
• Partner closely with leadership to align hiring strategies with business growth goals and workforce needs
• Develop and mentor recruiting team members while driving accountability and execution excellence
• Track recruiting performance metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within professional services, finance, accounting, or advisory environments
• Experience leading or scaling recruiting functions and building direct sourcing strategies
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills
• Experience with recruiting systems, CRM tools, analytics, and talent pipeline management
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work collaboratively across teams
