About the project

Scuderia Start is an Academy launched by Start Romagna to address the shortage of drivers through a pathway that significantly reduces the cost of obtaining professional driving licenses—one of the major obstacles for those approaching the profession—and offers a stable employment perspective.

Program details

• Free training phase of approximately 200 hours at a partnered driving school
• Training leads to obtaining DE and CQC people licenses
• Gradual entry into the company as exercise collaborators
• Possibility of permanent employment

Current opportunities

• Following the recent onboarding of 7 new drivers trained through this project, a new edition of Randstad for Driving (organized in collaboration with Randstad) is now open
• 10 candidates sought from the Rimini area
• Start date scheduled for April 20

Recruiting Day

Yesterday morning, a Recruiting Day was held at Start Romagna's headquarters to present the Scuderia project and the employment process. Approximately fifty aspiring drivers attended. The meeting, organized in collaboration with Randstad, provided all information about the pathway.
