Recruiting Coordinator - Part Time
About the role
As a Recruiting Coordinator, this position will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to NTTA. This role provides support to the Recruiting team and delivers a seamless, exceptional candidate experience in collaboration with other internal teams. It ensures a smooth hiring process from application to preboarding, assists in managing the recruitment pipeline, schedules interviews, and communicates with candidates. The position leverages creativity to help implement recruiting strategies, such as social media sourcing and recruitment marketing, to position NTTA as an employer of choice. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain compliance and company policies contribute to successfully building a talented workforce. Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and sourcing support for the Recruiting Team.
- Fosters and maintains excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders across the organization.
- Manages the onboarding process, including background check verification, pre-employment drug screens, and I9 verification.
- Reviews and ensures the accuracy of onboarding information into the HRIS system.
- Manages appropriate pre-boarding and on-boarding communications.
- Reviews and recommends process improvements to ensure the pre-boarding and on-boarding process is efficient, effective, and meets the needs of the business.
- Performs general administrative tasks such as data-entry for recruiting metrics and generating standard weekly/monthly TA reports.
- Coordinates and assists with various recruiting projects and hiring events.
- Engages in recruiting activities as directed by the Recruiting Manager.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated interest in building a career in recruiting or talent acquisition.
Preferred Experience
- Working with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms.
- Customer-facing experience in an office, reception, or service-oriented environment.
- Supporting recruiting coordination, scheduling, or hiring events.
- Exposure to human resources, talent acquisition, or workforce support functions.
