What you’ll do

• Cook up high-volume interview scheduling, serving as the central point of contact for candidates, interviewers, and business leaders.
• Promote an exceptional candidate experience through timely, professional, and empathetic communication from initial contact to final decision.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to continuously refine and optimize hiring workflows, identifying bottlenecks and boosting overall efficiency.
• Leverage data to drive decisions by conducting bi-weekly analysis on key recruiting metrics (e.g., interview volume, time-to-hire, candidate pass-through rates) and sharing actionable insights.
• Manage the logistics and candidate communications for key recruiting projects and events designed to attract top-tier talent.
• Provide essential coordination and logistical support for recruiting events, projects, and other talent engagement initiatives.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, recruiters, and business leaders.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

What else you need to know

• This role is onsite in our Warrendale, PA office, 5 days a week.
• The base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
