Recruiting Business Partner

Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a Recruiting Business Partner to help find the best talent. In this role, you will be responsible for talent attraction strategies, cultivating sourcing channels, developing relationships with hiring managers, and closing searches against tight deadlines. You will work with a team of peers, including Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators, focusing on candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, and strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline.
• Set benchmarks, metrics, and prioritize customer service level agreements.
• Act as a client lead for assigned groups.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture.
• Ensure the delivery of efficient, effective, quality-driven service to internal customers.
• Draw on knowledge of Talent Acquisition to forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners.
• Engage in candidate generation and client/account management.

Required Qualifications

• Reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation and client/account management.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize time, demonstrate pushback, and convey a sense of urgency.
• Commitment to providing amazing customer service.
