Recruiting Business Partner

About the role

The Recruiting Business Partner will cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. They will utilize their experience setting benchmarks and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Talent attraction strategies
• Utilize experience setting benchmarks and metrics
• Work with a team of peers including Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators
• Foster a collaborative team environment
• Act as client lead for assigned groups
• Manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline
• Provide efficient, effective, quality-driven service to internal customers
• Meet customer service level agreements
• Forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners
• Generate candidates and manage client/account management
• Prioritize time and demonstrate pushback
• Understand the value of providing amazing customer service

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience, a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience. Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring, leading or participating in technology hiring events, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and user groups are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
• Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
• Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
• Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups
• Experience with Amazon’s applicant tracking system

• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business
• Exceptional candidate generation and client/account management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize time and demonstrate pushback
• Understanding of the value of providing amazing customer service
