About the role

As a Recruiting Business Partner, you will cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. In this role, you will be responsible for talent attraction strategies and utilize your experience setting benchmarks and metrics. The Recruiter will work with a team of peers including Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators, focusing in the areas of candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, strategy development and will act as client lead for assigned groups. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate talent sourcing channels and develop relationships with hiring managers
  • Close searches against tight deadlines and manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline
  • Set benchmarks, metrics, and prioritize customer SLAs
  • Act as client lead for assigned groups
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and strong service-oriented culture
  • Draw on knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business
  • Forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners

Requirements

  • 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
  • Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
  • Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups

Pay

  • USA, TN, Nashville: 50,900.00 - 89,100.00 USD annually
  • USA, VA, Arlington: 56,600.00 - 99,100.00 USD annually
  • USA, WA, Seattle: 80,200.00 - 99,100.00 USD annually
