As a Recruiting Business Partner, you will cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. In this role, you will be responsible for talent attraction strategies and utilize your experience setting benchmarks and metrics. We need a talented Recruiting Business Partner to help us find the best talent in the world to drive our growth.

Alexa, Echo, Kindle, and Amazon Fresh are just some of the millions of products distributed by Amazon each year to our loyal customers. The Recruiter will work with a team of peers including Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators, focusing in the areas of candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, strategy development, and will act as client lead for assigned groups. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality-driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience
• Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
• Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
