Recruiting Associate About The Role We're looking for a full-time Recruiting Associate to join our team. This is a 100% remote position, with working hours on Central time. Most of your time will go to scheduling and appointment setting, getting the right conversations on the calendar. The rest will be spent on candidate research and sourcing for our Account Executives and Project Coordinators, so you'll see how an executive search works from the ground up. We also see this as a starting point. The right person can grow into a Project Coordinator role and, over time, an Account Executive role. What You'll Do Scheduling and appointment setting Arrange interviews between our clients and candidates. That means reaching out to both sides, finding a time that works, and confirming everything before the invite goes out.Set appointments for our Account Executives with candidates and potential client contacts.Reach out by email, text, or phone, whichever gets the fastest response.Send calendar invites with Zoom links once a time is confirmed.Handle reschedules, cancellations, and last-minute changes calmly, and keep everyone informed so nobody is left guessing.Follow up professionally with busy executives and keep appointments from slipping through the cracks.Keep our CRM accurate and current, including notes, activity, and next steps. Recruiting project support Research and source candidates for active recruiting projects.Match candidates to the needs of each search.Present your candidates to the Account Executive or Project Coordinator, who takes it from there.Work closely with the Account Executives and Project Coordinators to understand what each search needs.
