Recruiting and People Operations Partner

An established and growing organization in Montgomery County is seeking a Recruiting & People Operations Partner to join its Human Resources team. This position is heavily focused on talent acquisition while also providing support in employee relations, HR initiatives, and employee engagement activities. Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a high-volume hourly workforce
• Engage candidates through online recruiting platforms, social media, networking opportunities, and community partnerships
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
• Support onboarding and pre-employment activities
• Represent the organization at recruiting events, job fairs, workforce development programs, and community outreach initiatives
• Support employee engagement programs and company-sponsored events

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems
