About the role

The Recruiter Trainee Program at Amergis is a comprehensive 13-week training initiative aimed at equipping new hires with the foundational skills necessary to succeed as recruiters. This program not only focuses on the technical aspects of recruitment but also emphasizes professional development through leadership and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists and observes Recruiters in the branch office
• Completes weekly Amergis Recruiter Trainee E-Learning training modules
• Completes Amergis Recruiter Lead Program curriculum
• Affixes to answering incoming calls from Healthcare professionals (HCP) and School Based Professionals (SBP) and Clients
• Reviews the client list and becomes familiar with facility requirements
• Reviews the HCP/SBP roster and learns about each modality and familiarizes with each of their skillsets
• May begin contacting candidates about opportunities with Amergis
• Reviews the on-boarding work flow and becomes familiar with Amergis requirements and processes
• Must successfully complete the Recruiter training program within the designated time period to be promoted to a Recruiter position

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or licensed RN
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in the English language is required
• Strong analytical skills
• Results-driven, sense of urgency, and high standard of professionalism
