Recruiter - University Talent Acquisition, AUTA Field Recruting Team

This role is an opportunity to join the AUTA Field Recruiting team and help find the best talent in the world to support our growth. The Recruiter will collaborate with a team of Full Lifecycle Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Coordinators, focusing on candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, and strategy development. They will act as the client lead for supported groups, fostering a collaborative and service-oriented culture to ensure efficient, effective, and quality-driven service to internal customers while meeting service level agreements.
The candidate must manage, prioritize, and close candidates against timelines, set benchmarks, and understand how to prioritize to meet customer SLAs. This role thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment and requires strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to prioritize time, demonstrate pushback and urgency, and provide exceptional customer service. The role is based in Seattle, Nashville, or Arlington and is not remote. Travel during peak campus recruiting times is required.
Responsibilities
- Partner with full lifecycle recruiters, industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an early career talent strategy.
- Develop recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking processes that scale.
- Build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Develop recruitment strategies that contribute to Amazon's long-range growth, implement new processes, and establish standard operating procedures aligned with Amazon's mission.
- Articulate recruiting plans in writing, including deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
- Facilitate candidate interview events.
- Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including assessing best practices in interviewing techniques.
Requirements
- 2+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
- Experience implementing end-to-end recruiting strategies, including employer branding and interview process optimization.
- Experience with CTS/ATS for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
- Experience contributing to the creation and implementation of high-quality, high-volume recruiting plans.
- Experience in progressive corporate or search firm recruiting with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high-tech market.
Pay
- USA, TN, Nashville: $50,900.00 - $89,100.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Seattle: $80,200.00 - $99,100.00 USD annually
