Recruiter - University Talent Acquisition, AUTA Field Recruting Team

The AUTA Field Recruiting team needs an exceptionally talented recruiter to help us find the best talent in the world to support our growth. The Recruiter will work with a team of Full Lifecycle Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Coordinators, focusing on candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, and strategy development while acting as the client lead for supported groups.

The candidate must successfully manage, prioritize, and close candidates against timelines, set benchmarks, and understand how to prioritize to meet customer service level agreements (SLAs). This role thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment and requires strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to prioritize time, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

This role must be based in Seattle, WA; Nashville, TN; or Arlington, VA. This is not a remote role. Travel during peak campus recruiting times is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with full lifecycle recruiters, industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an early career talent strategy.
• Develop recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking processes that scale.
• Build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Develop recruitment strategies that contribute to Amazon’s long-range growth, implement new processes, and establish standard operating procedures aligned with Amazon’s mission.
• Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
• Facilitate candidate interview events.
• Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including assessing best practices in interviewing techniques.

Requirements

• 2+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
• Experience implementing end-to-end recruiting strategies, including employer branding and interview process optimization.
• Experience with Candidate Tracking Systems (CTS) or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
• Experience contributing to the creation and implementation of high-quality, high-volume recruiting plans.
• Experience in progressive corporate or search firm recruiting with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high-tech market.

Pay

The base salary range for this position varies by location:

• Nashville, TN: $50,900.00 - $89,100.00 USD annually
• Seattle, WA: $80,200.00 - $99,100.00 USD annually

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
