Location: Anchorage, Alaska (Onsite) – must live in Anchorage area

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent
• Sources and screens candidates using various tools and platforms
• Manages caregivers and field staff throughout their assignments
• Buils and maintains relationships with clients, patients, and referral sources
• Cultivates industry connections for referrals and business development opportunities

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
• High level of professionalism and urgency
• This is an office-based position

Pay

OTE (On-Target Earnings): $63,000 - $65,000 per year
