Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent
- Sources and screens candidates using various tools and platforms
- Manages caregivers and field staff throughout their assignments
- Builds and maintains relationships with clients, patients, and referral sources
- Cultivates industry connections for referrals and business development opportunities
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
- A high level of professionalism and urgency
- This is an office-based position

Pay
Salary: $50,000 per year + weekly commission (after training)
Schedule
Recruiter Trainee (first 3 months - during training): $21.64 per hour

Recruiter I (after training): $50,000 base salary + Weekly Commission
