Recruiter, Talent Acquisition (Remote)

About the role
Pratt & Whitney’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Recruiter to support the recruitment of top talent across the organization. In this role, you will serve as a trusted talent partner, applying strong recruiting expertise, labor market awareness, and consultative skills to support hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders. You will manage full life-cycle recruiting across your assigned requisitions, contribute to sourcing strategies, and maintain pipelines for critical skills that help meet ongoing business needs and drive long-term organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full life-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
- Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand role requirements and support effective sourcing and selection strategies
- Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and critical-skill roles
- Source candidates using Yello and other enterprise tools, managing candidate progress throughout the recruiting process
- Review resumes and candidate qualifications while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal guidelines
- Utilize a variety of Talent Acquisition Tools & systems (e.g., Workday, Yello) to maintain accurate candidate data and support process consistency
- Apply labor-market awareness and relevant data to support hiring discussions and sourcing plans
- Support cross-functional projects and contribute to improvements within Talent Acquisition
- Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining responsiveness to time-sensitive hiring needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience; OR in lieu of degree, High School Diploma/GED equivalent with 6 years of experience
- Experience in recruiting or Human Resources with demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting
Preferred Qualifications
- Current or prior experience recruiting for Pratt & Whitney or RTX
- Experience sourcing passive talent by leveraging recruiting technologies and advanced search techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Ability to use labor-market insights and recruiting data to support hiring discussions
- Proficiency in Workday and Yello for candidate management and workflow tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Pay
The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
