About the role
Acts as a recruitment consultant and strategic partner to hiring leader, developing creative sourcing plans for positions as assigned. Proven ability to fill positions in a timely manner and effectively screen, interview, and sell candidates to hiring managers. Produces leads and creates candidate pipelines through cold calling, networking, and social media. Coordinates and leads realistic job previews with department leaders and utilizes information to educate and qualify candidates during the screening and interviewing processes and create compelling job ads for marketing purposes. Understands the business and actively seeks industry knowledge to continue to remain educated on industry standards and competition. Follows through with the employment process as defined by policy.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative sourcing plans for assigned positions
- Fill positions in a timely manner and effectively screen, interview, and sell candidates to hiring managers
- Produce leads and create candidate pipelines through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Coordinate and lead realistic job previews with department leaders
- Educate and qualify candidates during screening and interviewing processes
- Create compelling job ads for marketing purposes
- Understand the business and remain educated on industry standards and competition
- Follow through with the employment process as defined by policy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- PHR or other HR certification desirable
- Minimum 2 years specialized expertise in recruitment, search firm and/or healthcare recruitment required
- In-depth sourcing experience using different sourcing methods, databases, and cold calling is preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems required
- Strong Boolean search knowledge & search string creation experience
- Previous sourcing experience supporting multi-functions and business units
- Strong social media sourcing experience preferred
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, manage aggressive deadlines, multiple priorities, and allocate appropriate time between positions assigned
- Project management skills and experience desired
- Demonstrated ability to consistently follow through and successfully communicate verbally and in writing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to details
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook Programs

Pay
Estimated salary range for this position is $56,791.50 - $73,828.95 per year depending on experience.
