About The Role
The ideal candidate will operate with agility, strategic judgment, and a meticulous approach in an early-stage environment, owning the end-to-end recruitment process for key GTM roles. You will work closely with sales, customer success, and solutions leadership to define role profiles, develop sourcing strategies, and build scalable hiring processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Solutions Consultants, from intake to offer negotiation and closure
- Partner with GTM leadership to align hiring plans with revenue goals and define role specifications
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve candidate profiles and sourcing strategies for high-growth roles
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels, ensuring a strong talent pipeline
- Design and implement structured interview processes, including tailored scorecards and calibration sessions with hiring managers
- Guide hiring managers through effective interviewing techniques and decision-making processes
- Lead offer negotiations and closing strategies to secure top-tier talent in a competitive market
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional process
- Assist in building recruiting infrastructure, including tools, processes, and metrics, suitable for a rapidly scaling Series A company
- Monitor and analyze hiring funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve recruitment efficiency and quality
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies as the organization grows
Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of recruiting experience, with significant focus on GTM roles
- Proven success in hiring Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Solutions Consultants within B2B SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales motions and post-sales functions
- Experience working in early-stage or high-growth startup environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and refine candidate profiles based on role requirements
- Proficiency in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, outbound messaging, and innovative sourcing strategies
- Experience designing structured interview plans and scorecards tailored to GTM roles
- Ability to coach hiring managers on interviewing and calibration processes
- Strong organizational skills to track hiring metrics and improve recruiting processes
