All Global brings our clients closer to physicians, patients, and payers so they can understand the people and trends shaping the healthcare research landscape. We offer our clients a single point of access for healthcare insights through qualitative and quantitative research methods. All of the data collection we undertake is underpinned by our own proprietary research panel of healthcare professionals.
About The Role
In this position, you will be responsible for recruiting healthcare professionals to participate in both qualitative and quantitative research projects. Your primary duties will include sourcing and engaging qualified respondents, scheduling interviews, and following up to confirm attendance, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Adherence to industry standards such as ISO 20252/26362, as well as company policies, is essential to maintain quality and compliance. You will need to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, organizing your time effectively to meet tight deadlines. The role requires confidence in discussing complex healthcare topics with a diverse range of professionals, including patients, physicians, payers, and key opinion leaders. Your ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages will be highly advantageous in engaging with our international client base. Responsibilities
- Recruit healthcare professionals for participation in qualitative and quantitative research projects.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with respondents to confirm attendance.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain daily updates on recruitment progress, including completed interviews and scheduled appointments.
- Communicate regularly with the project team regarding recruitment status and challenges.
- Support ad-hoc recruitment tasks, including call requests and email outreach, as needed.
- Engage with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and professionalism.
- Manage multiple recruitment projects efficiently, adhering to deadlines and quotas.
- Assist in maintaining the proprietary research panel of healthcare professionals to ensure data quality and diversity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and one or more of the following languages: French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
- Availability during office hours to facilitate effective communication with team members and clients.
- Experience in healthcare or market research recruitment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 20252/26362, BHBIA, EphMRA guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Flexibility to support ad-hoc tasks such as call requests and email campaigns.
