About the Opportunity

The Recruiter, Recruitment Operations Center manages the full recruitment cycle for hotel positions throughout North America. This role ensures the organization attracts qualified candidates, supports hiring managers, and maintains recruitment standards and compliance. The position contributes to the company’s success by building a strong talent pipeline essential to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure recruitment processes, metrics, and compliance meet organizational standards.
  • Evaluate applicant information using an applicant tracking system.
  • Conduct screening interviews and forward qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Source candidates for difficult-to-fill roles.
  • Establish minimum qualification standards before posting positions.
  • Post job openings internally, externally, and on commercial job sites.
  • Administer pre-approved selection tests and pre-employment processes including background checks, drug testing, and employment authorization verification.
  • Extend job offers and complete closing procedures in the applicant tracking system.
  • Communicate recruitment updates to Recruitment Operations Center leaders, hiring managers, and property leadership.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to assess recruitment needs.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates through networking, outreach, job fairs, and ongoing engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years recruiting experience.
  • Experience managing complex searches.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, experience with applicant tracking systems, hospitality experience, prior company recruiting experience, and knowledge of EEOC, ADA, and employment laws.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $60,000 to $85,000, determined based on experience and location. Eligibility to participate in the annual incentive (bonus) plan consistent with similarly leveled team members.
