About the role

This organization is seeking a Recruiter II to apply sourcing and strategy-development skills to deliver for and guide hiring managers and leaders. You will partner with the Recruiting Business Partner and a team of peer recruiters to fulfill hiring demand across NAMER (US and Canada), owning full-cycle recruiting with a sourcing-weighted focus. The ideal candidate manages, prioritizes, and closes searches against a timeline, sets benchmarks and metrics, and thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment. You will draw on deep knowledge of talent acquisition and the functional areas of the business to forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to execute sourcing and assessment approaches, manage candidate pipelines, and build a solid understanding of talent attraction and customer needs.
• Recruit passive candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques, and assess candidates against core leadership values to ensure quality of hire.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and improve offer-to-interview ratios over time.
• Partner with the Recruiting Business Partner to manage requisitions end to end, including intake, posting, applicant review, interview scheduling, and onboarding support.
• Contribute ideas and feedback on recruitment processes, and support the implementation of standard and improved sourcing practices.
• Maintain clear, organized recruiting plans with defined deliverables and timelines, tracking progress and communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Review current sourcing processes, identify best practices, and correct gaps in process documentation.
• Participate in interview loop construction to keep the process unbiased and align interviewers with role requirements and calibration guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, high-bar hiring environment with a proven track record of building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in candidate generation, pipeline management, applicant tracking systems, and utilizing data and funnel metrics to assess candidate pools.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
• Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize time and work with urgency.

Pay

$39 – $49 per hour
