Recruiter –Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology, Medical Device, Clinical Research & Diagnostics

About the role

We are seeking a driven and outgoing Recruiter to join our growing team specializing in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Clinical Research & Diagnostics staffing.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and engage top talent across Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology, Medical Device, Clinical Research & Diagnostics organizations
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct high-volume outreach (50–80+ calls per day)
• Utilize ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, and recruiting technologies to manage talent pipelines
• Collaborate with a team-oriented, high-performance recruiting environment
• Develop market expertise within one of the fastest-growing sectors in healthcare and science

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Sales, or Account Management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Proficient with recruiting systems, databases, and technology platforms
• Outgoing, competitive, and highly motivated personality
• Driven by performance and uncapped earning potential
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
• Experience within Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology, Medical Device, Clinical Research & Diagnostics industries is a significant plus
