Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Recruiter who is excited to learn the fundamentals of technical and business hiring. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in talent acquisition, startups, and the intersection of people and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for entry-level to mid-level roles across engineering, design, operations, and business functions
• Absorb and assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound applications
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and internal teams
• Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience
• Help manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Pearl with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
• Work with operations and leadership to support hiring processes and timelines
• Learn best practices in recruiting, interviewing, and employer branding
• Help improve recruiting workflows, job descriptions, and interview coordination processes
• Stay curious about hiring trends, especially in tech and AI-driven companies

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
• Preferred Experience: Internship or part-time experience in recruiting, HR, operations, campus hiring, or coordination roles
• Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, highly organized with strong attention to detail, comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment, proactive, curious, and eager to learn, professional, empathetic, and candidate-focused
