Recruiter (Manufacturing/Skilled Trades) - Virtual (CST) - RPO Consultant

We are seeking a Recruiter to support a major multi site manufacturing client. This is a fully virtual, W2 contract role. You must reside in the Central time zone. As a Frontline Manufacturing Recruiter, you will be responsible for full cycle recruiting across multiple production locations, supporting approximately 40-60 open roles at any given time. These openings will be in various stages of the pipeline and range from entry level general labor to skilled trades positions. Required• 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience for niche skilled trades within a manufacturer.• Proven ability to manage high requisition loads of at least 40-60+ positions.• Experience recruiting across multiple locations at one time.• Must reside in the Central time zone with the ability to work in the across Pacific, Mountain and Central time zones.• Strong communication and organizational skills• Resilient, resourceful, and comfortable in a high pressure environment• Education: High school diploma or equivalentNice to Have• Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree ManpowerGroup is committed to helping our employees achieve their career goals while enjoying a strong total rewards package and award-winning culture.
