Recruiter III (Hybrid)

About the role

This is a 3-month contract position located in Columbus, IN 47201, with the possibility of full-time employment. The pay rate is $35.00 - $37.60 hourly on W2.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent training
• 2–4 years of customer service-related experience
• Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor

Responsibilities

• Use computer databases, Internet recruiting resources, and cold calls to source candidates
• Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills
• Prepare and maintain employment records
• Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection
• Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities
• Support pipeline management and the conversion to offer process
