Recruiter (Hybrid - Leesburg, VA) with Security Clearance

About the role

SOSi is seeking a Healthcare Recruitment Counselor with a security clearance to work in Leesburg, Virginia. This position is part of the DoD SkillBridge program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial interviews with service members to understand their career goals and interests.
• Research and recommend appropriate healthcare careers based on the service member's skills and interests.
• Prepare and present recruitment materials to potential candidates.
• Follow up with service members to provide ongoing support and guidance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain a security clearance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Ability to build rapport and trust with service members.
