About The Role

As a Healthcare Recruiter at The Business Tree, you will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier healthcare professionals for a diverse range of clinical and administrative positions. This is a remote role that offers flexibility, allowing you to work from any location while managing your own schedule effectively.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
• Utilizing various channels to identify potential candidates
• Conducting initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring accurate and organized records in the applicant tracking system
• Coinciding interview schedules between candidates and clients to facilitate the hiring process
• Building and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals to expand the talent pool
• Staying informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and regulatory updates in healthcare
• Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Aiding in the development of recruitment strategies to improve sourcing and selection efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a related recruitment role
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry terminology, roles, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prioritized ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining team collaboration
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
