We are hiring for an HR Generalist who is hands-on and can support a wide range of human resources activities, including full-cycle recruiting, employee lifecycle management, and daily HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting
• Employee lifecycle management
• Daily HR operations
• Partner closely with employees and leaders to maintain accurate HR records
• Hold policy and regulatory compliance
• Support onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, and reporting initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Proactive and detail-oriented
• Passion for supporting employees and leaders alike

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-F certification preferred

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in HRIS systems
