About the role
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join the Futureforce AMER team. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for Technology and Product organizations — including summer interns, intern conversions, and external new graduates across Software Engineering, Security, AI/ML Research, UX/UI, Design, Product Management, and Platform.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Technology and Product roles in AMER, including summer interns, intern conversions, and external new graduates, while serving as the dedicated recruiting owner for assigned university partnerships — building relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations and executing on-campus and virtual hiring events
- Partner with SVP and VP-level stakeholders to shape early career hiring strategy, define candidate profiles, and develop org-level intern and new graduate pipelines, including managing competitive offer processes and navigating visa sponsorship (J-1, Optional Practical Training/Curricular Practical Training, and H-1B) in partnership with Global Mobility
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder hiring scenarios across Futureforce, industry recruiting, and internal recruiting ownership boundaries, and serve as a process resource for your team on Futureforce policies, system workflows, approved hiring hubs, and intern program guidelines
- Share market intelligence and process improvements with the broader Futureforce team, and support specialty programs by developing and presenting enablement content for candidates, new hires, and hiring teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a demonstrated focus on early career, university, or new graduate recruiting in a technical environment
- Experience recruiting across technical disciplines including Software Engineering, Security, AI/ML, Infrastructure, and/or Research, with the ability to hold credible conversations with both candidates and hiring managers
- Proven ability to manage competitive offer processes and navigate visa sponsorship workflows (J-1, Optional Practical Training, Curricular Practical Training, or H-1B) in coordination with immigration partners
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or equivalent) in a professional context
- Strong organizational skills and data fluency — able to manage high-volume pipelines across concurrent requisitions and use pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and offer acceptance data to inform decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with recruiting systems such as Workday, Beamery, or comparable ATS/CRM platforms
- Familiarity with government, national security, or regulated industry hiring
- Experience recruiting from computer science and research universities
- Background running or contributing to pre-internship or early access talent programs
