What You'll Do
- SOURCE AND ENGAGE CANDIDATES ACROSS FOOD, BEVERAGE & NUTRITION MANUFACTURING, SALES, OPS, AND EXECUTIVE-LEVEL ROLES
- BUILD REAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH CANDIDATES AND CLIENTS
- HIGH-VOLUME OUTREACH — CALLS, LINKEDIN, EMAIL
- MANAGE YOUR OWN PIPELINE USING OUR ATS/CRM AND RECRUITING TOOLS
- WORK INSIDE A TEAM THAT SHARES IDEAS AND PUSHES EACH OTHER TO HIT NUMBERS
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in recruiting, sales, or account management is a plus, not a requirement
- Comfortable being in-office daily
- Competitive, coachable, and not afraid of the phone
- Genuinely interested in the food/beverage/nutrition space
