Recruiter – Food, Beverage & Nutrition

What You'll Do

• Source and engage candidates across Food, Beverage & Nutrition manufacturing, sales, ops, and executive-level roles
• Build real relationships with candidates and clients
• High-volume outreach — calls, LinkedIn, email
• Manage your own pipeline using our ATS/CRM and recruiting tools
• Work inside a team that shares ideas and pushes each other to hit numbers

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in recruiting, sales, or account management is a plus, not a requirement
• Comfortable being in-office daily
• Competitive, coachable, and not afraid of the phone
• Genuinely interested in the food/beverage/nutrition space
