About the role

Auror is a company dedicated to reducing violent retail crime by 50% in 5 years. Founded in New Zealand, we work with major retailers worldwide and use technology to combat organized retail crime, which costs $150 billion annually.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end hiring processes across multiple geographic markets, including sales, marketing, and customer success roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate experience, ensuring responsiveness, personalization, and alignment with Auror's brand.
  • Source from underrepresented groups and advocate for inclusive hiring practices.
  • Support onboarding and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Keep Ashby (ATS) up-to-date, maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Participate in talent projects such as EVP development, careers site improvements, and process enhancements.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, owning the full process from sourcing to close.
  • A strong GTM lens, understanding what strong looks like in sales, marketing, and customer success roles.
  • High agency, identifying what needs to be done and executing without waiting for perfect clarity.
  • Strong stakeholder skills, with hiring managers trusting you due to your organization, honesty, and follow-through.
  • A genuine eye for candidate experience and employer brand, caring about the impression Auror leaves.
  • Comfortable working at pace with ambiguity, adapting quickly and not needing everything to be defined before starting.

Qualifications

  • Startup or tech industry background is a plus; Ashby experience is a bonus.

Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with ATS systems.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $79,000 - $102,000 USD based on experience.
