About the role
Auror is a company dedicated to reducing violent retail crime by 50% in 5 years. Founded in New Zealand, we work with major retailers worldwide and use technology to combat organized retail crime, which costs $150 billion annually.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring processes across multiple geographic markets, including sales, marketing, and customer success roles.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate experience, ensuring responsiveness, personalization, and alignment with Auror's brand.
- Source from underrepresented groups and advocate for inclusive hiring practices.
- Support onboarding and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Keep Ashby (ATS) up-to-date, maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth operations.
- Participate in talent projects such as EVP development, careers site improvements, and process enhancements.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, owning the full process from sourcing to close.
- A strong GTM lens, understanding what strong looks like in sales, marketing, and customer success roles.
- High agency, identifying what needs to be done and executing without waiting for perfect clarity.
- Strong stakeholder skills, with hiring managers trusting you due to your organization, honesty, and follow-through.
- A genuine eye for candidate experience and employer brand, caring about the impression Auror leaves.
- Comfortable working at pace with ambiguity, adapting quickly and not needing everything to be defined before starting.
Qualifications
- Startup or tech industry background is a plus; Ashby experience is a bonus.
Skills
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

- Experience with ATS systems.
