Requirements
- Must have 1+ years in sales
- Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry
Qualifications
- Is active and knowledgeable on social media platforms
- Loves creating content and engaging with our community online
- Is passionate about fitness, sports, and helping athletes succeed
- Is outgoing, organized, and excited to represent our brand at events and in the community
- Brings high energy every day—even at 5 AM and 5 PM
- Excelling at building relationships and connecting with people
- Wants to be THE CLOSER and confidently guide families through the enrollment process
- Isn't afraid to pick up the phone and talk to new people
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can make 100+ calls per day
- Responds quickly and follows up with leads immediately
- Understands that persistence matters and isn't afraid to follow up multiple times to get families scheduled
- Sees objections as opportunities and enjoys helping people find solutions
- Is loyal, hardworking, and a self-starter who takes initiative
- Always follows through and never misses a deadline
- Believes that if you're early, you're on time
