Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact
  • Nurturing leads through the sales process
  • Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly
  • Selling the correct service based on the client's needs/goals
  • Creative social media content creation showcasing our athletes, coaches, and community
  • Managing day-to-day social media engagement by responding to messages, interacting with followers, and turning online interest into scheduled visits and memberships

Requirements

  • Must have 1+ years in sales
  • Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry

  • Is active and knowledgeable on social media platforms
  • Loves creating content and engaging with our community online
  • Is passionate about fitness, sports, and helping athletes succeed
  • Is outgoing, organized, and excited to represent our brand at events and in the community
  • Brings high energy every day—even at 5 AM and 5 PM
  • Excelling at building relationships and connecting with people
  • Wants to be THE CLOSER and confidently guide families through the enrollment process
  • Isn't afraid to pick up the phone and talk to new people
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can make 100+ calls per day
  • Responds quickly and follows up with leads immediately
  • Understands that persistence matters and isn't afraid to follow up multiple times to get families scheduled
  • Sees objections as opportunities and enjoys helping people find solutions
  • Is loyal, hardworking, and a self-starter who takes initiative
  • Always follows through and never misses a deadline
  • Believes that if you're early, you're on time
