About the role

Compass is seeking a Contract Recruiter to drive the Company’s talent acquisition strategy for its growing teams across various departments. This role involves partnering with hiring managers and recruiters to develop, drive, and manage sourcing/recruiting strategies. Additionally, the Contract Recruiter will assist in developing and promoting the Company's culture internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive the full recruitment life cycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews, and assisting in determining the suitability of applicants in various departments for employment
  • Work with hiring managers to better understand each department’s needs and screen incoming applicants quickly and effectively
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tactics
  • Communicate with candidates professionally and be immediately responsive
  • Promote the brand and use creativity to attract and market the Company to qualified and strong candidates

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing
  • Experience managing candidate pipelines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
  • B.A. or B.S. with a strong academic record
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attention
  • High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage both active and passive candidates
  • Considerable skill in interviewing techniques
  • Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse or Oracle is a plus)

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $35-40 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay is based on market location. The minimum wage for the position will always be met.
