About the Role
This role involves managing full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned open positions, collaborating with hiring managers, leaders, and Talent Acquisition colleagues. Recruiters contribute to key Talent Acquisition initiatives, assist in executing HR strategy, and improve or develop new processes to support Ulteig’s business plan.
Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle recruiting for entry to senior-level roles, including recruitment strategy, job postings, sourcing, resume reviews, initial candidate screens, interviews, assessments, debrief sessions, offer preparation, background checks, drug testing, and onboarding.
- Source candidates using databases, professional networks, colleges, search engines, social media, and referrals to build pipelines for current and future roles.
- Partner with internal sourcing resources and external agency partners.
- Serve as a consulting partner to hiring managers and HR leaders, maintaining strong working relationships and delivering proactive communication, updates, and reports.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring an excellent candidate experience through proactive communication on process, expectations, compensation, benefits, and offer details.
- Manage candidate workflow and update the applicant tracking system to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal employment guidelines.
- Lead or participate in Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of Talent Acquisition, HR, or related business experience.
- Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry preferred.
- Experience with high-volume, full-cycle recruiting strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage all levels of team members inside and outside the organization.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive in examining current practices and presenting process improvement ideas.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to take initiative, work through challenges, and deliver quality results.
- Commitment to acting with integrity by following Ulteig’s processes.
- Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Pay
Target base compensation range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000. Factors such as job-specific skills, education, training, job location, and years of experience may influence the actual salary.
