Recruiter
About the Role
This Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs for our customer service, finance, and analytics organizations. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and help build a strong workforce. Additionally, responsible for providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for open positions
- Conduct initial interviews with candidates
- Partner with a coordination team and hiring managers to schedule interviews
- Cross-functionally collaborate with various teams across the organization
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field preferred
- Associate’s Degree (AA) in Human Resources or related field preferred
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Typically 2+ years relevant experience in recruiting or talent acquisition required
- Experience with HR databases and applicant tracking systems required
- Proven track record of achieving talent acquisition metrics such as time to fill and submit to offer ratio preferred
- Ability to work in a matrix environment preferred

Pay
The salary range for this role in Atlanta, GA is $63,600.00 to $107,250.00. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on skills, education, work location, and experience. A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.

Location
The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion.
