Key skills

  • Search for and recruit specialists in IT, sales, and marketing for full-time positions and outstaffing projects, including teams working on web development and digital products
  • Conduct interviews, assess soft skills and partially hard skills
  • Manage the candidate database and build long-term relationships
  • Interact with teams and clients to clarify candidate requirements and organize technical interviews
  • Support top candidates throughout the entire hiring process, from first contact to onboarding
  • Use modern sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Telegram, GitHub, etc.)

Candidate

  • At least 3 years of experience as an IT recruiter
  • Experience filling roles for both full-time positions and outstaffing, including rare specialists and executives
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Ability to understand complex technical roles, including UX/UI design and branding specialists
  • Skilled at presenting and “selling” the company to candidates

It will be a plus

  • Experience working both in recruitment agencies and in-house
  • Knowledge of English or Spanish
