Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer stage
- Develop sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines
- Screens and assesses candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Partners with hiring managers and HR teams on workforce planning and recruiting strategies
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate requisition management
- Monitor recruiting metrics and provide reporting on hiring activity and trends
- Facilitate candidate review meetings and gather hiring team feedback
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and recruiting procedures
- Build and maintain professional networks to identify future talent
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development experience
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SuccessFactors or similar platforms
- Knowledge of recruiting metrics, workforce planning, and talent market trends
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or commercial recruiting experience preferred
