About the role
The TCBH Human Resources Department is seeking a Recruiter to serve the Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health facility. Responsibilities include helping hiring managers develop and market job positions, sourcing candidates via job boards and career events, scheduling interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, making verbal and written offers, and facilitating on-site onboarding.

Requirements
- Level III: Bachelor’s degree plus two years of professional experience in human resources management
- OR Master’s degree in human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, public administration, sociology, psychology or a closely related degree plus one year of professional experience in human resources management
- OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Level II: Bachelor’s degree plus one year of professional experience in human resources management
- OR Master’s degree in human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, public administration, sociology, psychology or a closely related degree
- OR Four years of technical human resources management experience plus one year of professional experience in human resources management
- Level I: Bachelor’s degree
- OR Four years of technical human resources management experience
- OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
Qualifications
- Pass an OSBI background check
- Valid driver’s license
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in recruitment software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay
- Level III: $30.04 per hour
- Level II: $25.96 per hour
- Level I: $22.83 per hour

About us
Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health (TCBH) provides a supportive, safe, and welcoming environment where an array of integrated therapeutic interventions promote an improved quality of life for consumers and the community. TCBH serves individuals eighteen years of age or older who present in a mental health crisis with or without substance abuse and are determined medically stable. We will transition soon into our new 140,000 square foot, 106-bed hospital, slated for completion in spring of 2027. This state-of-the-art facility, the Oklahoma Psychiatric Care Center, will feature a 24-hour crisis response Urgent Recovery Center and will be situated in the OSU Academic Medical District, near the new VA Hospital and the OSU Medical Center in downtown Tulsa.
