About the role

Senior Care Therapy (SCT) is a clinician and woman-owned company providing psychotherapy services—including evaluations and ongoing therapy—to residents in assisted living, acute rehabs, and long-term care settings. We are looking for a full-cycle Recruiter who will ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best Psychologists, LCSWs, LPCs, LMHCs, LMFTs, and other clinicians while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process from sourcing to negotiating offers.
• Utilize innovative sourcing and sales strategies to attract top talent through our internal ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods based on the role, industry standards, and organizational needs.
• Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Collaborate during the offer process, recommending salary ranges, incentives, and other pertinent details.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of full-cycle recruiting experience; agency or healthcare settings preferred.
• Proven success in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Experience with ATS/CRM software.
• Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented self-starter with strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior interpersonal skills and comfort negotiating complex offers.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and act with a sense of urgency.
• Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Pay

$70,000 base salary plus bonus opportunity.
