About the role

Senior Care Therapy (SCT) is a clinician and woman-owned company providing psychotherapy services—including evaluations and ongoing therapy—to residents in assisted living, acute rehabs, and long-term care settings. We are looking for a full-cycle Recruiter to source, attract, interview, and hire passionate Psychologists, LCSWs, LPCs, LMHCs, and LMFTs. The ideal candidate will work with urgency, screen and assess candidates effectively, and build a strong talent pipeline to ensure we attract, hire, and retain top employees and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process from sourcing to negotiating offers.
• Utilize innovative sourcing and sales strategies to attract top talent through our internal ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods based on role, industry standards, and organizational needs.
• Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Collaborate during the offer process, recommending salary ranges, incentives, and other details.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or healthcare settings preferred).
• Proven success in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Experience with ATS/CRM software.

Pay

$70,000 base salary plus bonus opportunity.
