We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring needs while also managing key compliance activities for a contract opportunity in Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for someone who can balance high-volume recruiting with detailed document review, particularly for driver and independent contractor populations. The position will begin with on-site training for the first two weeks and may transition to a hybrid schedule afterward.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for driver and independent contractor roles across multiple locations, with a focus on candidates operating larger vehicles.
  • Source, screen, and move applicants through the hiring process using effective recruiting strategies and applicant tracking tools.
  • Review weekly compliance reports and follow up on outstanding items to help maintain accurate and current worker records.
  • Examine uploaded documentation to confirm required credentials and eligibility, including insurance coverage, licensing, and related driver qualifications.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to keep recruiting activity organized, timely, and aligned with business needs.
  • Support hiring operations by maintaining candidate records, tracking status updates, and ensuring documentation is properly recorded.
  • Help deliver coverage during a leave period by managing both recruiting priorities and compliance-related administrative tasks.
  • Participate in initial on-site training and adapt to a hybrid work arrangement based on team needs after onboarding.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle hiring responsibilities.
  • Background recruiting drivers, independent contractors, or transportation-related talent, preferably involving larger vehicles or truck-based roles.
  • Experience working in high-volume recruiting environments across multiple sites or regions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing methods used to identify and engage candidates efficiently.
  • Ability to review compliance documents carefully and verify information with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are preferred.
  • Comfortable working on-site during training and in a hybrid model afterward.

Benefits

  • Medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance for contract/temporary professionals.
  • Eligibility to enroll in the company 401(k) plan for hired contract/temporary professionals.

Schedule

This position will begin with on-site training for the first two weeks and may transition to a hybrid schedule afterward.
