Responsibilities

• Analyze the requirements of a job and create job descriptions that are reflective of client needs
• Arrange to attract candidates by using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and other available sourcing tools
• Source, attract, screen, and submit applicants to clients
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings
• Respond to more advanced issues or escalations promptly and appropriately; escalate to managerial channels as needed
• Conduct initial scoping and subsequent follow-up meetings with clients
• Update ATS and CRM systems in a timely manner

Requirements

• Express ideas, request actions, and formulate strategies by means of clear and effective verbal communication
• Attract and deliver candidates that fulfill the short- and long-term needs of the client
• Pipeline management
• Experience with client relationship management and Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Create positive client interactions by leaving the client feeling understood, appreciated, and confident
• Use data and market tools to inform conversations with clients and candidates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience

$65,000.00-$80,000.00
